Salve,
now that's a nice idea. :)
To make things even more accessible for newbie players you might want to add
suggested Abilities. No need for actual skill levels given, just a reminder
like "You want your character trained in...".
Would it be OK if I included something inspired by your list on my German
website? There's precious few stuff for ArM in German on the web anyway, and
hardly anything for 5th Ed yet, as far as I can tell - and I think this
might really help new players.
Cheers - Varius

Subject: [ArM5] Companion Ideas
Hi all,
...snip...
I find that players, especially newbies, have trouble coming up with
ideas for companions. So I would like to share some of the "companion
seeds" I've come up with so far - just rough character concepts with
some suggested Virtues and Flaws. I will probably put these up on my
Web site when I get around to it.
As an aside, I did not come close to the +10/-10 allowance of Virtues
and Flaws for these seeds. I think perfectly enjoyable, playable
characters can be made with 4 to 6 points' worth of V/F's. YMMV.
