The example looks correct to me, but quality 15 is rather high. Assuming
Communication 5 and Good teacher, the maximum quality would be 14,
correct? So beyond that, he would need to lower the level twice. So this
guy, beyond being munchkinized to a teaching machine, needs Perdo at
level 38 to produce such a book. Unless *I'm* making a mistake
somewhere? :-)
