I guess I don't understand your question. The duration of the PeCe spell 
doesn't have to be longer than momentary, since the quick flash of magic is 
enough to permanently harm the recipient. Permanently until naturally 
healed, that is. The duration of a spell doesn't affect how long the 
consequences of the magic lasts but how long the magic itself lasts (I 
think). Some consequences end when the spell ends, but others linger, 
depending on the type of magic it was and what it did.

Thinking about it, if I upped the duration of "Wound that Weeps" to Conc., 
I guess I'd want a light wound inflicted on the target for as long as I 
could maintain concentration. Wow, that's kind of nasty, and not a bad idea 
for a spell. "The Wound that Keeps Weeping". I don't know how well it would 
work on an invested item, although you could design the item to maintain 
the concentration for you.

Oh, and thank you, Haakon, for this idea in the first place. I've armed the 
grogs of the "enemy Tremere covenant" in our saga with these blades.
