[ArM5] NPC Question

One thing I've been pondering is riffing on the difficulty charts in 
the introduction to the rule book.

Specifically the probability table with its division of abilities into 
"average" (0) and "highly talented" (+3) and skills into "skilled" (3), 
"highly skilled" (6), and "mastery level" (9).

I suspect that for a given NPC you could assign him or her abilities 
and skills along these lines (although I note that many of the sample 
NPCs tend to cluster around 1 and 2 in skills).  I.e., Bodo the Peasant 
has X skills at the "skilled" level, etc.

But I think this approach needs a little fine-tuning.
