Yeah, that makes sense. The description for Wizard's Boost specifically 
says there are versions that alter Target.

So if the Covenant healer wants to be able to affect the magus who has 
Giant's Blood with, say, Chirurgeon's Healing Touch (CrCo 20), the 
healer will need to simultaneously cast Wizard's Boost (Corpus Target) 
(MuVi 20).

And, of course, Intellego will work normally, since it ignores Size.
