They can be targetted as individuals, if the spell is designed to affect
targets larger than base individual of Size +1 or smaller. But you can
design a spell to affect larger individuals than base individual.

For each +1 Magnitude used to boost the size of the target, the size of
base individual i multiplied by 10. I cannot recall how many
Size categories it does add, but I think at least 1 category. There is
several spells in the 5th edition rulebook with Size modifier to the
magnitude of the spell. Unfortunately there is no such spell for
Corpus.

IIRC, +1 magnitude would boost the size by +2, but it is at least +1.

Even targeting a group of standard indivuduals would not help, because
it would target a group of individuals with size +1 or smaller.

But you can desing a spell Giant's Chirurgeon (CrCo25) -
R: Touch, D: Momentary, T: Individual, Ritual
Effect: Instantly heals a Light Wound on a target with size +3 or lower.
(Or at least +2 or lower).
(Base: 15, +1 Touch, +1 Size)
