[ArM5] Possible Errata? Fast Caster virtue

The Fast Caster virtue adds +3 to the initiative. Alas, when Fast 
Casting you do _not_ roll initiative, but, rather, you roll fast casting 
speed against an ease factor (the initiative you are trying to overcome).

Question, do you add +3 to this value too?

Question, do you add +3 to the certamen initiative speed too, even 
though it's not described as being a spell (but it's still in the 
hermetic magic chapter)?
