[ArM5] Possible Errata? Fast Caster virtue

Fast Casters not being better at fast casting strikes me as odd.
What next? Dentists not better at denting? A badger not better at 
badgering? :o)

WHat is the fast casting finesse + quickness roll vs initiative if not 
an initiative?
