Funny - it seems to work for me.  Could you please send me the URI of 
the page that has the broken link?  I'd prefer you send it to the FAQ 
maintainer account, agronosky at yahoo.com.  That goes for anyone else who 
finds a broken link, too, please.

If you have a pop-up blocker, maybe that stopped the Hermes Portal page 
from loading.

Anyway, you can contact me off-list if you need help on how to give me 
what I've asked for.
